What Villa Sogno offers: Private parking available ONLY AFTER 8.00 PM (one car for room) Bycicles on request Free rest area in the garden with tables, chairs, large sunshade and playground area with swing and slide. Children are welcome: we offer upon request baby-bed, baby bottle heater and … toys inside and outside the home!! PRICES AND RULES PRICES IN EURO PER NIGHT PER ROOM Prices include accomodation, breakfast, daily cleaning. Check-in time is due starting from 17.00 but no later then 10.30 pm (after that time we don’t assure the room anymore). The arrival time must be said at least one day prior to your arrival date. Only whose have made the reservations and have been recorded at the check-in desk have accessed in the room. Check-out is due by 10.00 am. After that time an extra night is charged. Breakfast will be served from 7.30 am till 9.30 am (agree the time at the check-in) All rooms are NO SMOKING, if this rule won’t be respected or any cigarettes or smell will be found/smelt, an extra charge of 150.00 euros must be paid for the total cleaning of the room. BOOKINGS: We accept only bookings by email or by fax behind credit card and expiration date as warranty OR deposit by bank transfer. PAYMENTS: Credit card and expiration date as warranty OR Deposit equal to 30% of total amount of your total stay by bank transfer or postal money order to make within 7 working days from the reservation. CANCELLATION: It is not possible to have a free cancellation after you booked. In any case we charge the 15% for the cancellation working. We charge the 100% of the total amount in case of cancellation 7 days before the arrival date. If we are able to rebooking the rooms, the eventual reimbursement will be reduced of the 15% as stated above. Cancellation costs: 90 days before the arrival -> we charge 30% of total amount due 30 days before the arrival -> we charge 50% of total amount due 21 days before the arrival -> we charge 75% of total amount due 14 days before the arrival -> we charge 80% of total amount due 7 days before the arrival -> we charge 100% of total amount due In case of reduction days for late arrival or advance leaving, the total amount of the period booked must be paid in any case (no reimbursement are allowed).
