Our apartment is in Saronno downtown, 5 minutes walking from the Saronno North train Station, which connect Saronno in half hour to Malpensa, Milan, Como, Varese. Supermarket at only 50 meters.

Saronno is also very closed to the new Rho-Milan Fair (only 13 kms).

Our apartment is elegantly decorated, completely self-contained and are fully equipped for self-catering. We provide you with TV, washing machine, dishwasher and bed-linen & towels. The apartment has private parking inside the court.

We aim to provide ‘a home away from home’ to suit you - whether single or a couple, or seeking to share the apartment with your friends/colleagues. We offer you one or two bedrooms.

Rates will fluctuate with market demand, eg:

Major Milan trade fairs and events - eg Salone del Mobile in April
Discounts are often available in August and December

Final cleaning: from 20.00 euro to 50.00 euro

Bed-lines and towels (one set a person a week) are included in the price. Extra set is euro 7.00 per person

The rent must be paid in advance and includes water, heating, electricity, communality fees and condominium charges.
In the apartment can stay only the number of persons decided during the booking, no more persons (included children).

To book send an email to info@villasogno.com in order to know the availability and prices. We accept only booking by email or fax behind a deposit or credit card. You will receive final confirmation of your booking only after the received of the deposit which must be the 30% of your total stay.

Deposit can be sent in one of the following methods:

credit card (directly or via PayPal are welcome but incur a 3% surcharge)
bank transfer (net of all transmitting/receiving bank fees)
cash

Settlement: at your arrival by cash or by credit card (but incur a 3% surcharge).

WE DON’T ACCEPT CHEQUES.

CANCELLATION:
It is not possible to have a free cancellation after you booked. In any case we charge the 15% for the cancellation working. We charge the 100% of the total amount in case of cancellation 7 days before the arrival date. If we are able to rebooking the apartamnet, the eventual reimbursement will be reduced of the 15% as stated above.

Cancellation costs:
90 days before the arrival -> we charge 30% of total amount due
30 days before the arrival -> we charge 50% of total amount due
21 days before the arrival -> we charge 75% of total amount due
14 days before the arrival -> we charge 80% of total amount due
7 days before the arrival -> we charge 100% of total amount due

In case of NO-SHOW we charge 100% of total amount due
In case of reduction days for late arrival or advance leaving, the total amount of the period booked must be paid in any case (no reimbursement are allowed). In any case the deposit will be refund

Check-in time is due starting from 16.00 but no later then 10.30 pm (after that time we don’t assure the apartment anymore). The arrival time must be said at least one day prior to your arrival date. Only whose have made the reservation and have been recorded at the check-in desk have accessed to the apartmanet. Check-out is from 8 to 10.00 am. After that time an extra night is charged.
NO SMOKING in the apartament, any violation or any cigarettes or smell will be found/smelt, an extra charge of 150.00 euros must be paid for the total cleaning of the room.

Keys
On check-in you will receive 1 set of keys. These must be safeguarded, and returned on check-out.

Inventory
At your arrival you will find clean the apartment. We ask to treat it very well and leave it as you found at your arrival. The apartment has a detailed inventory which you will need to agree and sign on check-in. On check-out this will be reviewed with you – we ask a deposit of euro 300.00 or credit card. In case of damage we will keep all the deposit or a part of it. Contract Registration (CR)

For certain apartments the Italian State requires apartment rental contracts for stays of over one calendar month to be registered. Registration requires your Italian tax ID (‘Codice Fiscale’) which you are obligated to provide us.
